We only verify whether payments have been received by merchants. We are not a payment gateway or financial institution.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using INR PORTAL ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and provisions. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.
2 Description of Service
INR PORTAL provides the following digital services:
- Digital payment verification services
- Payment status monitoring and notifications
- Transaction verification tools and reporting
- Merchant dashboard and analytics platform
3 Important Disclaimer
Payment Processing Disclaimer — We do NOT:
Process or collect payments · Handle customer funds · Store payment credentials · Act as a payment gateway or financial intermediary
All payments are processed directly by third-party payment gateways (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.). We only verify payment status.
4 User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
5 Service Limitations
Our service only verifies payment status. We are not responsible for:
- Failed payments at the gateway level
- Disputes between customers and merchants
- Chargebacks or refunds (handled by payment gateways)
- Technical issues with third-party payment gateways
- Delays caused by banking infrastructure or UPI network congestion
6 Fees & Payments
We charge a subscription fee for our verification services. This fee is exclusively for the digital service we provide and does not include any payment processing fees, which are charged separately by the respective payment gateways. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
7 Prohibited Activities
By using our service, you agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
- Attempt to hack, compromise, or gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Use automated bots or scripts to access or scrape our service
- Resell or redistribute our service without express written permission
- Misrepresent your business, identity, or the nature of your services
- Engage in fraudulent transactions or money laundering activities
8 Third-Party Services
Our service integrates with third-party payment gateways. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and conditions:
- Paytm Terms of Service
- PhonePe Terms and Conditions
- Google Pay Terms of Service
- HDFC Vyapar Terms
- Other applicable UPI gateway terms
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party payment gateways. Any disputes with those services must be resolved directly with the respective provider.
9 Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- 100% accuracy in payment verification at all times
- Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
- Compatibility with every payment gateway or banking provider
- That the service will meet your specific business requirements
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INR PORTAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
11 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INR PORTAL and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
12 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
13 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or via an in-platform notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
